How our pricing works

You choose your package (hunter or non-hunter), and we take care of the rest—meals, airport pickup, guiding, and your stay in the Northwoods. 4 hunter + 3 night minimum booking requirement. 3-day all-inclusive hunting packages start at $1440 per person.

To make group travel easier, we’ve separated the lodging rate from the per-person package options. That means:

  • The Whispering Pines guest house is one flat rate whether you bring 4 guests or 10. The house is yours: private, spacious, and tucked into the Northwoods.

  • Hunter and non-hunter packages are priced per person and include all services except lodging. Meals, airport pickup, and all base comforts are included with your package (see below).

  • The more friends you bring, the more you save per person. The cost of lodging stays exactly the same, no matter how many guests you bring — so the more friends or family you share it with, the more affordable it becomes per person.

Each guest selects a package based on how they plan to experience the trip: hunter or non-hunter. These packages are billed per person and are added to the group’s lodging reservation when you select your dates. Non-hunters pay a reduced rate but still enjoy the full experience of the hunting season, meals, and the Northwoods.

This allows us to give you more flexibility when booking—and more value when you bring a full group.

    This package is perfect for those who want to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the same great food, lodging, and hospitality—without the early mornings or blaze orange.

    Our Whispering Pines guest house is booked as a flat-rate, private rental — whether you bring four guests or the full group of ten. It’s your basecamp for the entire stay, offering warmth, privacy, and plenty of space to gather, rest, and recharge.

    Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms

    2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, and shared dining/living space
